Transaction Services Overview:
Transaction Services delivers a wide range of transaction related services to clients in the
Financial Services sector. Key services include strategy; deal evaluation, capital market reporting
and separation and integration advice.
Responsibilities:
• Engagement delivery: leading work streams of medium size and complexity.
• Business development: developing and sustaining relationships with client middle
management; supporting the business development activity of senior members of the team
and participating in clients meetings where appropriate.
• Risk management: identifying and managing risks and ensuring the Firm\\\'s frameworks are
implemented appropriately and effectively.
• People development: identifying team member development needs and accelerating
development with particular emphasis on coaching and skills transfer.
• Practice development: contributing to processes and initiatives that are key to scaling the
business.
• Personal development: participating in the career and skills development infrastructure
provided by the Firm and acting as a role model with colleagues and clients by living the
values of the Firm.
The Person:
• To succeed in this demanding role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and
experience:
• Strong academic background and ACA qualified or equivalent.
• Good experience of financial due diligence and/or capital markets reporting.
• Good knowledge of risk management and technical issues including IFRS accounting.
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data generate insights and
construct solutions.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Experience of working in client facing role delivering high quality work to tight deadlines.
• Strong personal impact with sophisticated interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a collaborative and supportive approach.
• Ability to be flexible, responsive and enthusiastic.
• Ability to perform consistently at a high level under pressure. |
